FLAAFFY has developed patches where even downy wool won't grow, and this is a result of storing too much electricity.  The fluffy fleece of a FLAAFFY easily stores electricity; while it's rubbery hide keeps it from being electrocuted, and allows them to store lots of electricity in their fur.  The quality of a FLAAFFY's wool changes so that it can generate a high amount of static electricity with a small amount of wool.  A FLAAFFY's wool coat can become fully charged with electricity, and will make it's tail light up.  FLAAFFY also has the ability to fire hair that zaps upon impact.
