This is UB-03 Lightning, better known as XURKITREE.  It is one of the mysterious life-forms known as ULTRA BEASTS.  XURKITREE was first sited emerging from the Ultra Wormhole after the incidents at the AETHER FOUNDATION.  As it just recently arrived in our world, most information on it comes from eye witness reports.  The most distinctive feature on XURKITREE is a organ that can generate power.  XURKITREE's bodily makeup is highly reminiscent of electric wiring, thus enabling it to conduct electricity with great efficiency.  Astonishing electric shocks emanate from its entire body, and it can DISCHARGE as much as a million volts of power at a time.  When it begins to run out of power, it stabs its legs and tail into the soil, entering a treelike state as it absorbs electricity from the ground.  Several XURKITREE raided a power plant, so its thought that they energize or at least feed off of electricity.
